Rachel Grundy brings a uniquely diverse background to her coaching practice, combining an artistic sensibility with technical expertise and an indefatigable passion for people.
Beginning her career as an actor and musician, Rachel honed her talent for authentic, empathetic communication that forms the foundation of her coaching approach. Combined with over a decade of experience in the tech and startup world, Rachel is an Agile transformation specialist with multiple professional certifications. Her technical expertise enables her to guide both individuals and organizations through complex change processes with clarity and confidence.
Rachel’s philosophy centers on authentic leadership development. She works with emerging leaders to uncover their core purpose, and align their leadership style and career trajectory with their authentic selves. Clients value her unique combination of empathy and directness, delivered with characteristic warmth and humor.
Away from her consulting practice, Rachel has many hobbies including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, working on her classic car, cooking from scratch and getting out into nature (on foot and on her mountain bike). A passionate advocate for her local community, she is co-organizer for Scenic City Summit (Chattanooga’s annual tech conference) and sits on the Advisory Board of Apprenticeship Works.
